Ingredients: 1/2 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup cacao powder. 1/4 cup tahini. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup. 3 eggs. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, cacao powder, and baking powder. In another bowl, whisk together tahini, honey or maple syrup, eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms. Fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it with coconut oil. Spoon the muffin batter evenly into the muffin cups. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
