Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 2 tablespoons psyllium husk powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1/2 cup hot water. 1 pound ground beef or turkey. 1 packet taco seasoning check for keto-friendly. Toppings of your choice: avocado, lettuce, tomato, onion, salsa, etc..
Instructions: Put psyllium husk powder, baking powder, salt, and almond flour in a bowl. Mix in the hot water and olive oil until a dough forms. Wait five minutes. Make 6 equal pieces of dough and roll each one into a ball. Separate a dough ball into three pieces and roll each piece out into a thin tortilla. Warm up a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. One tortilla at a time should be cooked for about one to two minutes on each side, until they are lightly browned and fully cooked. Do again with the rest of the dough. Cook ground beef or turkey until it turns brown in the same pan. Follow the directions on the package to add the taco seasoning and water. Keep cooking until the sauce gets thicker. Put cooked meat and any other toppings you want on top of the soft tortillas to make tacos. Serve and have fun!
