Hi, I just wanted to offer a resource for authors (and I suppose any other contributors, but my only experience is as an author). When tackling a large project, I’ve found pomodoros to be a LIFE SAVER. The concept is you work for 25 minutes straight then take 5 minute breaks. Whenever I’ve had writer’s block or just trouble getting started, this has completely saved me. I hope it can help some other people too! What does a cheerleader do?

Working on a huge project such as this can be quite draining, especially when there are deadlines to consider. Having someone there to cheer you on and remind you that you can totally do this is a big help. And in some cases can mean the difference between dropping out or seeing this challenge through the end. We don’t want any of our participates to feel alone in this endeavor which is what makes cheerleaders such an integral part of this challenge.
