I can see Stiles focusing on some field to figure out a lot of things that happen. The opening sequence showed everyone's powers, right? Whatever phase Scott was in, Allison's archery, Lydia's scream, Derek's varying states... Stiles' was murder boarding at first. Til they stopped listening to him and it became his jeep which... okay no bitter asides. Not that the jeep isn't probably magic (also Dylan O'Brien owns Roscoe and how awesome is that???).

I always figured after a scramble for info mid crisis, Stiles would throw himself at the ology or species, etc, that came into question. Like after the bank vault thing, my headcanon Stiles 100% did a bunch of study on minerals, lunar effects on different forms, and anthropological importance. Can't you just see Noah doing that exhausted sigh/facepalm as he listens to Coach scream about a paper on ancient jewelry and religious & superstitious influence?

No, you're right. I can see Stiles being heavily influenced by creatures, things that happen with him, and the pack that he constantly studies up afterward to get more of a bearing around.

I want to say the Jeep is totally magic. It has been through so much shit with Stiles, and the actor owning it is so cool!!! :D

And Noah has to shrug it off because it's what his son does, and he has tried to get the boy to stop, but nothing works even if he brings up the coach screaming at him. All Stiles says is that he wants to know more because they always keep him out of the loop, which Noah can't argue with. Ahhh. I love studious Stiles.

You can upload it to mega(dot nz). Free accounts can download I think up to 2 gigs within so many hours (I think 8?) and it's all supposed to be exceedingly secure. It's not streaming but it's a way to get the high quality version out there for now.

The surgery actually got delayed to tomorrow morning, which means another day of anxiety. But, if there’s one good thing about working in animal husbandry, it’s that my supervisors all understand animal emergencies and make it easy to not have to worry about work on top of this. So… back to waiting and worrying about what matters :/

what’s a zine?

It’s a book put together with comics and illustrations. I did a Dr.Strange Zine last year and there are tons run on tumblr for all sorts of themes and fandoms. It’s not official by any means, just a group of people with similar interests creating things for the stuff they like. :)

handcuffed together or locked in a closet

Oh man, two great ones, damn.

I’d probably have to choose locked in a closet. Cuffed together leads to a completely different type of awkwardness that I don’t know if I’ve ever seen really dealt with properly by a writer, whereas locked in a closet tends to lead, 9 times out of 10, to impromptu make-outs or more, and I tend to be down for that. Especially if the characters are snarking at each other to start. Oh man, or especially if they’re stuck in that closet and trying to be quiet because they broke into someone’s house and that person came home? That’s always hilarious.

Put two fanfic tropes in my askbox and I’ll tell you which I’d rather read.
