You want complications on. #Panerai? How about the #PAM920 50mm L’Astronomo Tourbillon with Moonphase 🌙. Along with the phases on the back, the other complications include patented rotating Tourbillon cage, equation of time, GMT, sunrise & sunset time indicator, polarized date wheel that looks almost like an LCD screen. This is because in order to keep the skeletonized movement beautiful with a clear date wheel that only shows the date when it’s under the main window. oh and it also tells time as well. This watch is a piece unique so you can create it how you like and only will be built when you order it. A different version of the #Panerai #PAM920 Moon Phase has surfaced and I really like it. These models as some of the other higher complicated pieces are piece unique so they are not made until the buyer orders it in the combination they like. . This particular one was done with a platinum case and gold hands. Being that this model is 50mm it must weigh a ton! The original version I saw was made out of Titanium. . The #Panerai #PAM920 Luminor Marina Titanium L'ASTRONOMO is the forst ever timepiece from Panerai to feature a moon phase complication. Another really cool technological advancement is how the date wheel was made to make sure it looked great with the skeletonized movement. So as you can see in the second picture they used a clear date wheel that has laser modified numbers ok it which are virtually invisible until it goes under the date window. You have to catch it just right in the light to be able to see the numbers on the wheel. Pretty cool if you ask me.

A quick look I had at the gorgeous #Panerai #PAM920 50mm Titanium Lo’Astronomo Tourbillon Moon Phase. Among all the amazing tech that is used in this piece one interesting thing that I liked was how the date wheel worked. Since the watch features a skeletonized movement you don’t want that date wheel to stand out. So if you look closely it’s actually a virtually transparent ring that has numbers which when it is under the date window it becomes visible thanks to a polarized crystal. .
