We will never forget! Pamela Shantay Turner! ♥️💛✨ On May 13, 2019, Pamela Turner was shot and killed by a police officer from Baytown, Texas. The incident occurred at a parking lot of an apartment complex where both Turner and the shooter, Officer Juan Delacruz of the Baytown Police Department, were living at the time. Video footage of the incident was captured by a bystander.
