Not the original anon but I can't stop thinking about the Pan theory. I like the idea of Maggie & Alex knowing each other as lost ones / Alex bringing Lucy then something went wrong. The way my mind went is Alex always tried to get back to Neverland but was forced to grow up because of Kara and evenually became bitter because they never came for her. Maggie tried to bring Kara to neverland Alex turns into hook trying to "rescue" Kara. (she doesnt believe anymore thinks its bad to not grow up)

Peter was lost and so very alone. The last think he remembered was casting the dark curse and then dying alongside his son, Rumple. Something told him that it had been more than a few simple days since his demise but he had no idea how long. It seemed they had found some way to stop or break his curse. He was glad that his curse hadn’t worked which was strange for him. However it pained him because it meant Felix had died for nothing. He wasn’t looking where he was going, too lost in mourning over his friend, and didn’t see the other person. They collided hard falling to the ground. He looked over to see Mina. “Oh great you.” He muttered.
