Video: visual multimedia source that combines a sequence of images to form a moving picture. The video transmits a signal to a screen and processes the order in which the screen captures should be shown.
IDK FT. Denzel Curry - Once Upon a Time (Freestyle)
This is a music video by IDK and Denzel Curry. The camera pans and zooms a lot throughout and visual effects are added such as pixelation and japanese subtitles. Audio is also over it whilst the two artists lip sync their indivual verses. I like this video because it isn’t overwhelming because of the minimal detail but it’s very effective and focused on the two artists and their lyricism.
Best of Glambot: 2020 Grammys
I chose this video after seeing a snippet of Ariana Grande’s Glambot on Instagram. I fell in love with this style of recording because it’s a pan and zoom which is so effective when wanting to add an exaggerated focus onto a person or object.
Here’s a behind the scenes video of the Glambot. As you can see, the motion of it lasts about 2 seconds and the camera quickly flies forward. But the camera slows it down so it lasts about 10 seconds. I’d love to incportate an aspect slow motion pan and zoom into my final piece.
