By hand making shoes we can combine the best of traditional skills with contemporary design. The energy requirements of our workshop are low, we keep waste to a minimum, try to source all our materials from suppliers within Ecuador, and boost the local economy by providing jobs.

From the beginning, Pancos set out to be a company that would have a beneficial impact on the world, not an exploitative one. We make sure that each pair of shoes is made as environmentally optimal as possible, in every way – when it comes to design, function, materials selection and production.
