So it finally happened
I finally found the button that pushed me into a bridezilla rage and I am fuming and stressed on top of the depression I've already been in all week and I am now in a cocktail of feelings that are driving me into a mindless frenzy
We talked to the office ladies almost a year ago about having the pool party reception at the clubhouse and they were cool with it, they took our deposit and everything. We explained how it was going to be when that happened and we were told it was fine and we could have the space.
Yesterday our caterer dropped by to check out the space and the office manager flat said no. No, you can't have the pool area. No, not even the guests can use the pool area. You have to do all cooking in the parking lot. You can't this or that, pretty much saying we were confined to use of the clubhouse and couldn't leave.
BULL. SHIT. I have seen people rent the space out for a birthday party and use the pool area. If it's a matter of insurance WE ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO PURCHASE SUPPLEMENTARY INSURANCE. Venues and caterers do it all the time for events! No, they jerked us around for a year and now, almost four months away and we have no venue because I'm not throwing a fucking pool party where everyone can stare at the pool but not go near it. What the shit is that? What about pool party made them think we only wanted use of the club house? We're not even getting any explanation outside of 'liability concerns'.
And after everything Gary has done I'm not about to just cancel on him and his delicious food. He is literally counting on our business to help jump the company back into gear. We have to find someplace and fuckinrraaaagggggggggggggggggggjhhhhhhhfweugu bub34ub fuck this I'm playing dragon age
With this next one we are gonna hop right to the video as its more of a thing then a channel thought I do suggest checking out its home place at Panda Smash as there are some interesting videos there but I digress.
This, my friends, is the IdioOlympics, this video in particular being their real life Mario Kart done on children's bikes.
These videos speak very much for themselves, it's essentially 4 dudes doing enteratining stupid competitions in hopes of being the winner.
The guys are likable ( my favorite being hat guy) and their banter hilarious.
It also does help that they are doing crazy stuff like jousting in shopping carts, playing slip and slide penalty shot, and eating the entire menu of Taco Bell but hey, it all adds up.
This video is the crown jewel of the series and is a good intro to it despite it being the last event.
