Seeing a post that made me realize people sometimes just over complicate things

Some people dont like being called dude/girl (even if its used in a “gender neutral” context) and some people are fine with it. Neither person is wrong about feeling either way.

Thats just how I feel about it though.

How do you teach someone to acknowledge the greys, the middles, the neutrals in life when all they see and understand is black and white and nothing else.
