Pandravis is the kingdom's Master of Coin, who oversees taxes, banks and finances. A glittering, cunning politician, whose family got rich from mining subterranean gems and selling them to Overworld. Even right now she has control over most of Hel's gemstone trade and pleasure districts. She is one of the many people in the Hellian nobility who high adviser Friftar is scheming to gain control over. Too bad that while Pandravis is not as nearly as powerful, she's a stubborn and ambitious lady who's got money and resources to spare :DD While she is an opportunist who cares more about her own success than actually serving the crown, she is loyal to General Ticktock (who is mentioned to have spies in the book too, something i find interesting!)
