ok so mlp tmc au idea. alternates not as changeling. alicorns are alternates. they are ponies whom contain mass amounts of magical power to a dangerous amount. a lot of the way the mlp verse functions will have to shift to be more tmc fitting. I don't know how non pony based species will work in this but Gabriel will still rise the sun and moon, and ponies will still be able to do things like take care of the land and sky. although with high alicorn/alternate invasions, they're able to do this less, and could be stuck in an infinite colder season with clouds swarming above ponyville manehatten canterlot and many other places. canterlot would be abandoned as how close it resides to the princesses / where Gabriel would reside ?? as well as other alicorns and where they discuss / communicate. ponies wouldn't know this, this would be long gone knowledge in history and rumors would be just an alicorn invasion. ummm I need to think more on this ok?
