CUBE PANEER BHURJI

TANVIR KITCHENTALK = TANVIR KITCHEN = TANVIR COOKING by TANVIR NEBUCHADNEZAR                              CUBE PANEER BHURJI Sometimes we like to prepare a dish fast and want it to be tasty as well. Only a couple of months back, one day I was feeling very hungry but wanted to eat a tasty dish as well. I had 200 grams of paneer and a few eggs. That day I prepared the dish with them, which was exquisite and very tasty. I am describing it here.

       The material you will be needing to prepare “Cube Paneer Bhurji”, apart from cut pieces of Paneer and a few eggs is Knorr paneer or Chicken masala, salt and about 100 ml refined oil.        In my case I had 200 grams of cubically cut paneer pieces, 2 eggs. Now, I describe the procedure.       You take 100ml of refined oil in a kadai or frying pan and heat it up. Put the cubes of Paneer in the heated oil and stir them from time to time till they acquire a light to medium light brown colour. Now, take the Paneer out from the frying pan.        Next, take two medium size onions and cut them into thin rings and put them in the same oil in the kadai in which the Paneer cubes were fried. Let the onion take a high pink color.         Than, add salt to taste (take into consideration 200 grams Paneer, 2 eggs and 2 Onions).         Next, add Knorr Paneer or Chicken masala to it and stir. You need to add at least two Table Spoon Full Knorr masala.         Than break two eggs in the fried onions and masala.        Heat it and stir till the eggs get mixed properly and a sort of Egg bhurji is formed. Add the fried Paneer cubes to it. Heat the Onion-Egg-Paneer mixture for at least a couple of minutes.         Next is the crucial phase. In the boiling Onion-Eggs-Paneer mixture, add about 200 ml of water and let it boil.The time of boiling depends on the consistency you want but should be at least 3 minutes in all cases. The less loose and soupy you want the dish, the more boiling is needed. You decide the consistency of the dish and consequently you decide the boiling time.        Your Cube Paneer Bhurji is ready to be served.         You can eat it with bread, Chapatis, rice etc.       If you want to prepare Berger, make the dish boil for more time and prepare a dry 'Cube Paneer Bhurji’. Prepare a block of the dry ‘Cube Paneer Bhurji’ and put it between the Berger Bun leaves. You can add some Tomato or chilli sauce to it and your “Cube Paneer Bhurji” Berger is ready.    Its a tasty paneer dish,    prepare and enjoy it! Copyright              Tanvir Nebuchadnezar
