So I’m sitting there, tears literally rolling down my face at the thought of my favorite Which Wich order...
It's snowing outside so I made some panini to warm us up. Goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes, pesto, and turkey.
My friends our cool. We have a panini club that meets during lunch to grill sandwiches. We achieved our goal today by making the whole school smell like bacon and browned butter! My sandwich had turkey, goat cheese, prosciutto, fig compote, and caramelized onions. Yum! Oh and of course plenty of butter! Today was our final meeting of the year and so we elected a new "grill master". I am proud to say they now call me panini queen! Looking forward to next year sooo much!
