Experiment 326 - Pannix - Designed to create a sense of blind panic. Jumba programmed this Experiment’s scream to work like a terrifying alarm, activating the flight-or-fight parts of any creature’s brain who hears it. Mayhem ensued, especially in large crowds, when people would alternately run away in a stampede or curl up in a terrified ball, or take rash action when there wasn’t any crisis. The problem was, 326 himself is easily startled, and since his effects don’t last long after his scream is no longer heard, his tendency to run away was as disappointing as his cousin, Houdini’s. Lilo and Stitch found him a One True Place in Spooky’s Haunted House, screaming to get the most stubbornly stoic teenagers to freak out.

Panixic Pride Flag

Panixique/Nixpan/Pannixic/Pannixique: a nixic pangender-ness; an identity comprised of both genderless and partial pangender or pan-aligned aspects. Houdini was shown to gain the courage to perform in front of a crowd, albeit a small one. Did Pannix ever grow out of his fear? How do Lilo and Ani interact with him?

Pannix is attempting to grow and change and get over things one fear at a time, with help from his Ohana! Lilo is as understanding with him as ever. She actively encourages him to face his fears so that he can see what's worth actually panicking over and what's not. Ani, on the other hand, is too compassionate with him and treats his every terror like it's worth getting upset over at a ten, always. Lilo ends up having to correct them both!

Who better neutralizes 627: Manners, Spike, Blooz or Pannix?

Use your own logic! None of them. If Stitch can’t beat or ‘neutralize’ 627 without the aid of laughter, which you saw in the canon franchise, then no other Experiment created before Stitch can do it without the aid of laughter either.

Honestly. Guys. STOP ASKING QUESTIONS LIKE THIS. You have your own brains, you’re smart, you decide for yourself what’s in-character and what would/wouldn’t work in the franchise based on what you have seen in canon material. All of them so far except for Pannix and Gunner. Pannix doesn’t like to be touched, ever, unless someone is holding him to calm him down. Gunner finds being patted on the head demeaning—it’s one of the reasons he loves his hat, which he thinks of as a barrier between him and anybody condescending to pet.
