my resolution is to look out for my mental and physical health more! very vague but I've found that works best for me :)

hey, if vague works for you then be as vague as you need to be! and if the end result is that you’ve taken better care of your mental and physical health and are happier as a result, well then everybody wins and I’m real happy for you :)
