Experiment 401 - Chafe - Designed to cause chafing in military uniforms. 401 is small as a mite and spreads a powder which makes clothing that one has to wear very uncomfortable. He is programmed to only use his abilities on clothing items that the wearer is obligated to put on, and isn’t drawn to everyday, less necessary stuff like pajamas or T-shirts. He made Lilo’s hula outfit and Nani’s work shirts unusable until the Ohana figured out that warm water dissolved his effects. Chafe’s One True Place is at Mr. Wong’s Rental hut, where he periodically makes uniforms uncomfortable so that the cheap boss will buy his employees better outfits.

Experiment 230 - Checkup - Designed to fix errors in Jumba’s inventions. 230 was built using the DNA of an alien species that is particularly adept at study. He easily memorized Jumba’s blueprints for every invention, as well as developing his own intuition on how to repair them. He used to help Jumba around the lab. However, after an accident with Jumba’s molecular fusion chamber, 230 himself appeared to be damaged and would short-circuit whenever he tried to focus on his work, making him effectively useless and forcing Jumba to dehydrate him. After his activation on earth, Lilo & Stitch found out that 230 has the ability to heal other Experiments who are sick or injured, transferring molecular energy into them. They gave 230 a One True Place on Molehu, Yin & Yang’s new island, where he can be found in case any of his cousins need him.

Experiment 378 - Lonelyhearts - Designed to make you desperate for someone to love you. Once she sighs on someone, her breath causes them to be obsessed with finding a soul mate. Much like Hunkahunka, water is the cure for her breath’s effects…but taking more than three sips instead of just getting splashed. Lilo and Stitch sent her to work at the zoo with her cousin, Retro, helping new animals get along with the others in their enclosures.

Experiment 301 - Progno - Designed to predict the future. Progno can see the future, but is programmed to only reveal it in vague, useless prophecies, like a fortune cookie. Because he can only speak in riddles, Lilo & Stitch found him a One True Place running his own fortune-telling booth at the Kokaua Town Fair with his cousins, Shortstuff and Blandzilla!

Experiment 506 - Ug - Designed to reduce advanced speech to grunts and growls. 506 is equipped with excellent chase capabilities. He won’t stop until he’s pounced on every creature with an advanced language and left them grumbling incoherently! One touch from 506 while his spots are glowing renders his victims speechless. The only cure is a pinch from 506 himself. Luckily, Lilo and Stitch found Ug a One True Place at the Kokaua Town Council meetings, shutting down council members who talk for too long.

Experiment 628 - Designed to be the ultimate monster of destruction, surpassing the flaws of 627 and the successes of 626. 628 sinks in water and cannot lift more than 2,000 more than her own weight, but she is more agile, able to leap farther and move faster than Experiments 626 and 627, almost as if she were flying. Though not gifted with the excessive powers of other Experiments, Jumba returned to a simpler approach by allowing her the ability to blast concussive plasma, which explodes in a shockwave on impact. 628’s biggest design flaw is her personality. She barely has one. Little more than a violent animal, 628 has no ingenuity, creativity, or mischief in her. She almost mechanically, methodically, tears down everything she touches, with no curiosity or interest in anything else. This was to prevent her having a sense of humor as oversensitive as 627, as well as to keep her from being able to be turned to good. Instead, she is locked off and one-dimensional in personality. 628 was never activated.

Experiment 621 - Chopsuey - Designed to be the ultimate monster of destruction. 621 was a failure, unable to execute his programming with any kind of prejudice. Despite his natural scheming nature and even advanced language programming, 621 just lacked the athletic instinct to embody Jumba’s dreams. Instead, 621 was used as an errand-boy, fetching DNA so that his creator could try again, eventually making the ultimate monster of destruction in 626, who became Stitch. 621 never got over the insult, and displayed some of the raw destructive tendencies Jumba always thought were lacking by throwing a temper tantrum, mutating himself beyond recognition, and nearly destroying the lab in an effort to prove he was better than 626. 621 was put in Galactic Federation Prison and studied long after Jumba himself was banished to Earth. Never taught to be good or given a One True Place, 621 spent his days in a cell.
