Frankie Hollingsworth most defiantly had the childhood that anyone would dream of. Being born with a silver spoon in her mouth, she never had to worry about her allowance running out or having to wear the same outfit twice. The Hollingsworth’s are quite the notable name within Toronto and they have no problem flaunting it.
Being a Hollingsworth meant that there had always been pressure put on her to be the best daughter she could be. Even from an early age, she was involved in many activities. They ranged from pageants, ballet, dance, and cheerleading. A day off was non-existent to her.
Once she got to High School, she wanted to branch out and try not to live such a sheltered life. Sparks flew when she began to crush on a boy at Degrassi. Someone her parents would most defiantly not approve of, but there was something about him that she was drawn to. So, the pair began to see one another in secret.
Honestly, it felt like the script from a cheesy rom-com, but it was everything to the young girl. This was truly the first guy that really paid attention to her and made her feel special, what teenage girl wouldn’t adore such attention? They dated for several months and at the age of sixteen, she lost her virginity to him.
Their relationship was put to halt when one of their maids had found a positive pregnancy test while cleaning Frankie’s bathroom. The discovery resulted in a huge fight with her parents, her mom and dad appalled by their daughter’s actions.
As a punishment, young Frankie was forced to spend her junior year hidden away at a family friend’s vacation home to finish out her pregnancy. Nobody could know about this, it would simply tarnish the family reputation.
She gave birth to a beautiful baby girl who was put up for adoption. Frankie hasn’t had any contact with her child, the adoption being a closed one.
The adoption defiantly caused a strained relationship with her parents, something she is still trying to work on
Flash forward a few years, Frankie graduated and is currently a freshman at Toronto University. She is excited for the new chapter in her life but is also nervous! College is kind of scary
She is majoring in business and minoring in culinary art. Frankie is very passionate about baking and her career goal is to open up her own bakery within Toronto.
