i crocheted a Blackwatch hat so i could put your pins on it - i @ed you if you want to see it!
ITS SO RAD YO!! Thank you so much for being such an awesome fan of my stuff, I totally appreciate it ;w;!!
Can we do physical art, like a crocheted hat or amigurumi?
Good question! I’m afraid not, as this is an entirely online exchange. While some people have done physical art (as in say, pencil/charcoal drawings) they do always have to upload them to Ao3. And while it would be possible to take a picture of your creation, it wouldn’t really reflect the amazing work you did into it.
It’s also highly unlikely to be able to fill most types of prompts you would get in that manner. Historically speaking, while we have a fair amount of artists and everyone is required to make at least one prompt fillable for both fic and art, most of the prompts are biased towards fanfic, or at least wanting a full scene of some sort.
Thank you for the very good question, though, I don’t think we’ve ever addressed that before.
Hanzo wakes up one day to McCree whispering soft things to him. 'Oh, you're up early, honeybee. I was just talking to the dragons.' McCree then continues to pet Hanzo's arm and speak. 'And I never liked the color yellow until I saw your manes! Y'all made me realize how regal a color it is.' Hanzo is used to this and it really pleases the dragons.
This legit made my heart beat so fast? Like this is so touching? I’m crying omg.
And imagine how relaxing it must feel for Hanzo like Jesse’s fingers are so soft and so nice and never violent when they touch his skin and his dragons seek for his fingers more than everything. I like to pick up the moving tats AU by @kerfufflewatch at this point: The dragons chasing Jesse’s fingers, trying to get pet by them as much as possible and when they’re outside of Hanzo’s arm they spend every second with Jesse, curled around his neck or licking his fingers to give back the affection Jesse gives them. ;a;
This makes me so happy omg. Thank you so much <3
I want to punch Adrian's dad so much
So the first episode of the new miraculous season is out and it confirms that his dad is Hawkmoth. I got so pissed at Adrian's dad in this episode cause it's apparent that he doesn't care for Adrian.
WHAT KIND OF PARENT BREAKS THE FUCKIN ROMM APPART WHEN THEY GET ANGRY AT THEIR KID?
NOT TO FORGET THE PART WHERE HE WENT TO CAPTURE ADRIAN, HIS OWN FUCKIN SON, IN HIS REVENGE BOOK.
HE WAS NOT AKUMATIZED LIKE ALL THE OTHER VICTIMS WERE, HE WAS FULLY AWARE OF WHAT HE WAS GETTING INTO AND WHAT HE WAS DOING. The other akuma victims never remembered what they did BUT HE DID.
ADRIANS DAD IS A PIECE OF SHIT WHO WOULD RISK HIS OWN SONS LIFE EVEN FOR THE POSSIBLITY OF GETTING THE MIRACULOUSES.
IT'S EVEN FAIR TO SAY THAT HE EMPTIONALLY ABUSES ADRIAN!
I recently combined two similar characters, both mentors, into 1. He became Albert Fig, a retired African-American mage in Angel's granny's nursing home. He mentors her in magic & helps her research in exchange for her running errands or doing chores. The other man was a crow mage who could shape-shift and use trickster magic, like illusions. Since crow was a slur, would it be insensitive for Al to use crow magic? If so, could you recommend a trickster animal that would be unoffensive? Thanks!
Avoiding Offensive Trickster Animal Roles
A fox.
~ Mod Brei
Do research on animal trickster roles and you’ll get plenty of ideas. Just avoid direct pulls if a trickster animal is heavily associated with a certain ethnicity or culture if you’re not going to keep the animal within that culture. Also, upon finding animals, do research on whether existing stereotypes or racial meaning is associated to the animal.
Like Brei recommends, a fox is a common one. It crosses many cultural associations so should check out as non-appropriative. It’s good you’re checking for stereotypical depictions and avoiding that.
Crow magic does sound cool, but yes, slur. Plus when I hear Black people and crows being associated in this way, I think of those Black-coded crows in Dumbo and just ick. Might be best to leave that up to Black folks if they want to reclaim or re-envision such a depiction.
I also think of Anansi, the West African trickster god who takes the shape of the spider.

Followers, feel free to throw out your suggestions!
A friend of mine is almost six and a half feet tall, and upon meeting the Deaf sister of my friend she instantly asked how to spell his name. It starts with a 'G', so his sign name is letter G held as high over your head as you can get it.
Nice!
@korracrat Here we go! The first post vanished. I scrolled down to find it, then it flickered and was gone. I blame my other cats who are jealous.
