This simple but classy pairing of Paperboy wine and smoked salmon crostini will take your wine tasting to a whole new level. Ingredients: 1 bottle Paperboy Winery wine. 12 ounces of smoked salmon. 8 ounces of cream cheese. 1 lemon. 1 bunch of fresh dill. 1 baguette, sliced and toasted.
Instructions: Cut the smoked salmon into very thin strips. Put the cream cheese and half a lemon's juice in a small bowl and mix them together. On the toasted baguette slices, spread the lemon cream cheese mixture. Add a strip of smoked salmon to the top of each slice. Add some fresh dill sprigs as a garnish. With a cold glass of Paperboy wine.
