I really want to talk about Papercunt I'm just not sure where to start. If you have any questions for him do send them in.

In short.

He's a Mint who has an extremely supportive Vox in terms of his pettiness. Actively encouraging and rewarding him for his petty bullshit he pulls with others. He'd for sure have the other Mint's at his heel in no time.

Absolutely would make for a notable overlord and Vox would endorse him if he wanted it. But he doesn't. He doesn't need to be overlord to get what he wants.

He's not just content in his position like most other Mint's I have, he thrives in it. Sharp tongue and sharper eyes, he looks for weaknesses and strikes without warning.
