Blog#12: Revising Our Medical Ticketing Paper
The writing doesn’t stop after the first draft—and honestly, this is where the real work begins. We're now in the revision stage of our paper on the medical ticketing system, and it’s a mix of refining, rethinking, and reconnecting with our purpose.
After laying down all our ideas—from the problems in manual ticketing to the proposed digital solution—it’s time to polish every paragraph, strengthen our arguments, and make sure every section flows clearly and logically.
We’re currently: Revisiting our interview insights (especially from healthcare workers who face daily admin chaos) Tightening our review of related literature to make our points stronger Enhancing the structure of our proposed system, including diagrams and workflows Clarifying technical terms so even non-tech readers can understand the impact
What keeps us going? It’s the vision: a more efficient, patient-centered, and stress-free healthcare system made possible through thoughtful digital transformation.
The revision process isn’t always easy, but it’s rewarding. Every edit brings us closer to a paper that not only informs—but inspires change.
We’re getting there. Slowly. Surely. One sentence at a time.
