We loved seeing the new Cirque du Soleil show Drawn to Life on our last Disney trip, especially since we saw the previous show, La Nouba, on our honeymoon. When we finally made it to WDW after our long day of car trouble and frustrations, we headed straight to Hollywood Studios to make our park reservation for the day, and we used an overdue Lightning Lane selection that had serendipitously turned into an anytime pass to take our first ride on Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway! It was the most magical beginning to our trip that we could have imagined, since we have been so excited about this ride, and the story of Mickey and Minnie running into issues on a car trip hit so close to home that we are still laughing about it. And that’s a wrap on my 2020 holiday album! I typically end these albums with NYE, so for this year, I got to document a quiet evening at home reflecting on what a weird and wild year 2020 was. I still had bits from previous political kits from @paperperson.shop that came in handy to help illustrate events from the year. I loved documenting what holiday parties were like in 2020 while we were all working from Ho-Ho-Home! I used three pages in my album to collage together screenshots from three different virtual work gatherings, and when I ended up with no room left for journaling, I added a 3x8 insert, which gave me room to use some cute themed products from #paperpersonshop.
