His clothes aren't that important so you can remove/replace/change details as you see fit if you're drawing him, what matters most is his personality!
He's generally cheerful and speaks in detail about everything except himself, but it's hard to notice because he would come across as simple minded to someone who's not used to a Papyrus.
Sometimes he'll say something strange when it comes to meta content or human souls, but otherwise he's funny and might flirt sometimes.
He does have abandonment issues!! He struggles with saying goodbye or keeping reasonable distance in friendships, he either accidentally ghosts people (because he's trying to not be weird about it and loses track of time) or gets too attached and makes it weird.
Even if he goes too far and makes it weird, he would never be violent, he's a pacifist(Papcifist) to a fault. There once was a time that he would've chosen violence, but he won't do that anymore. HOWEVER, he can be violent as a joke (threatening, not actual violence)
