These keto mushroom chips are a crunchy snack that will satisfy your chip cravings without making you feel bad. For extra flavor, garlic and paprika are added to them.
Ingredients: 200g thinly sliced mushrooms. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Put the sliced mushrooms in a bowl and add the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the mushrooms around until they are well covered. Spread the mushrooms out in a single layer on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Put the mushrooms in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Flip them over halfway through the cooking time so that they get crispy all over. Take it out of the oven when it's done and let it cool a bit before serving. Take a bite of your crunchy keto-friendly mushroom chips.
