Apologies || Queddy
@quinnfabray3
The past few days have been quite busy for Teddy - in between helping his brothers get ready for the impending rush of potential pledges, practicing, keeping up with his school work and fitness... he didn’t have much time to do much else but think. Sitting in class, sitting in traffic, sitting in the weight room as he waited for his teammates to finish in the shower... all he could do was think. Think about him and his sister. Now, he knew he didn’t have the strongest relationship with his siblings, but he’d like to think he and Quinn were close... at least, far closer than he was with Frannie who was quite a few years older than them both.
Maybe that was why he was hurt by her thinking that Teddy didn’t deserve to be happy... or maybe it was because he couldn’t help but wonder if she was right. If Santana was really using him. It was something that was in the back of his head every minute of every day, because he knew he didn’t deserve Santana. She was gorgeous and intelligent and he... well, he was a big guy who could barely walk without accidentally bumping into someone and he didn’t have the courage to tell his father that he didn’t want to work at a tobacco company.
Quinn was still his sister, though, and that meant something to him... So as he drove down the road of Greek houses, he didn’t stop at the curb in front of the Delta fraternity - no, instead he continued to drive until he reached the Delta sorority, and after parking his car, he hurried to the front door and knocked. He wasn’t sure if Quinn was even there, and even if she was, he wasn’t sure she’d even want to see him... But he did want to try. She was his sister, and they needed to have each other’s backs... right?
Ambivalence || Shawn & Dane
The crowd had been so jubilant, singing the songs that belonged to the inebriated and joyful. They rubbed shoulders never minding that their toes were often trodden on or that they were in closer proximity to these strangers than they usually were to friends or even family. The atmosphere was one of elation, the warm summer air occasionally punctuated by whoops and hollers. They lit the bonfire long before nightfall. By the time the trees looked like charcoaled versions of their daytime selves and the night rolled in, freckled with stars, their faces were aglow with flickering orange.
Dane's night went just as he expected it to go. His indifference towards the bonfire that everybody seemed to flock to was evident as he hung out mainly at the colossal stash of alcohol the students provided. Downing multiple cups, not bothering to distill the liquor that went smoothly down his throat, he felt numb and intoxicated by midnight which was a great feat for a guy who build up his alcohol tolerance to a point where he needed a whole bottle of Patron to feel the buzz.
People came and went, striking up conversations that eventually died down but it was not until his friend decided to join him in his lonesome drinking that Dane was begining to enjoy the night. Shot after shot went down their throats, one trying to outdrink the other. Yet none of them proved to be triumphal, both him and Shawn hammered beyond repair by the end of the night.
As the cacophony of singing and hollering died down, they decided to head home as well. With his arm snaked around the other boy's shoulder, stumbling about and swaying from side to side, the boys strolled about the school district. "Dude, have I ever told you that you are like," he came to a halt, putting emphasis on the next words, "-- the most hilarious drunk ?" The words were somewhat slurred, but that didn’t seem to matter to Dane as he stole the cup from Shawn's hand and brought it to his lips. “Next event we’ll do some pre-game at my dorm because arriving sober is just boring.”

Bright Rose || Ashlee and Blake
Ashlee was probably the number one person that Blake has been hanging out with a lot, regardless on the fact that they are dating. She made him happy, and if it wasn't obvious enough, he made her happy. It was always a mutual connection, whether he knows he has some days where he can be quite the blunt prick, Blake was just glad Ashlee wasn't one to really snap on things easily. He favoured that about her, and her ability to hold such a stable persona of positivity. If anything, there would be a whole list that could start on the many reasons with why he doesn't get sick with her. By far, ever since New Years, things have been changing for him personally. A lot more things are becoming more easier, even if no one notices that, but internally, he's fulfilled within distraction, thinking it's all because of her. Ashlee. Despite that it only seemed recent that all of this between them is firing up, Blake feels like it's been longer than what it seems. Tonight was a well deserved outing for the two. His parents were out for a week, with him practically owning the house, and having his uncle visit every now and then.
Just to take advantage of this time, it only made sense to bring his girlfriend over and do whatever the hell they want. As cliche as it would be, he was off to go pick her up, following her words to meet down the block from her house, due to her worrying parents. Before taking direction to the way, Blake wanted to go past a shop near his house, feeling this urge to buy a rose. Just one single rose, no thorns, but a nice, well-grown rose. It was simple, really -- but sometimes, the most simple things can be so effective. After purchasing, he finally took action on the road, making his way to her house. Ideas and thoughts entered his mind about tonight -- for once he was actually planning, rather than just going with whatever. It was like, every gradual step between the relationship, something influential from Ashlee would take a peeking on him. Funny how things like that work.
Taking a right by one of the streets, he caught onto the familiar houses that he has been passed before, plenty of times, trying to track down hers -- although, Ashlee did say to meet down the block. Blake figured it was down more, after passing the front lights of her house. Passing more street lights and suburban homes, the boy focused his brown eyes within the transparent windshield. Seeking for his beloved lady, which eventually, he spotted. A ghostly figure ended up showing bright once he drove further slowly. An instant cheesy smile was flaunted from his face, completely showing his inner emotion of the fact that he was glad to see her there. Parking his car to the side of the block, stopping the passenger door right in front of her so that it would be easy access for her to enter. Blake kept a smile, placing the stem of the rose between the grasping of his teeth, waiting for her to notice once she entered his car.
Troublemakers |Kenzie&Annabel|
Kenzie wandered out of her dorm, her head wrapped in a bandage, she'd been allowed back after reassuring the nurse that she would take all of the correct procedures. Lighting a joint she walked through the dim-lit hallways and out into the snowy campus. Of course she didn't expect anyone to be out so, she just walked around in the night.
