Late Night Studio Times || Hanna and Caleb

TAGGING: HANNA MARIN AND CALEB RIVERS

LOCATION: TRIC, STUDIO

TIME FRAME: 15TH APRIL 2016, EVENING

GENERAL NOTES: Hanna is in the studio working late and Caleb comes in and they argue and things get heated.

Hanna decided to spend a little more extra time at the studio that night, she wanted to get more work done and get some ideas, she had just signed her first act with the help of Aria that was and she knew she had to come up with some ideas for this. She didn't know how to come up with ideas right now, her brain and mind was fried, she had promised herself to be nice to CeCe for Caleb but it was hard to do so. Sitting at her desk with the light on she started to draw to see what would come of it.

Caleb was driving to the river court after a long day at basketball practice, he was hoping that he could get a bit of practice in before he headed home to CeCe. As he dove past Tric he saw the studio lights still on, it was late, and he thought either Hanna had forgotten to turn them off or she was still there. Either way he pared his car and got out of the car and walked up to the studio. Walking in he saw Hanna focused on something, he atched carefully quickly before walking in,"You're up here late." He said quietly before looking at her, "You know something has been bugging me since you came back, you haven't quite been yourself, and I'm not sure why." He said looking at the girl raising his eyebrow as he took a seat near her.

Hanna was sitting there drawing quite peacefully on to her piece of paper in front of her, what she was drawing she wasn't sure but it was something to express her feelings as she couldn't quite get them out. As she heard a voice she looked up to see Caleb standing there before taking a seat she nodded, "Yeah." She said before hearing his statement, she didn't know what to say, she wasn't herself because she was walking on egg shells around him because she was scared to do anything she shouldn't. She wanted him back but it was clear he didn't feel the same, "What do you mean?"

Caleb could see that the girl was quite comfortable drawing and he was happy to sit there and watch and he didn't want to disturb her but there was some questions he needed answering. He sat up biting his lip, he didn't want to cause an argument but he didn't know how not to, "Well you just don't seem to be yourself it's hard to explain. Look I have some questions and please answer them honestly. Why did you come back Hanna? Seriously why?" He asked fiddling with his hands as he looked at her again hoping she would be calm when replying to his question.

Hanna put her pencil down, there was no point in her trying to draw right now, things weren't going to work out her way right now so she knew to just stop and listen to him. She sighed and knowing he had questions worried her because she really didn't want to cause an argument. Hearing his first question she sighed and put her head down, "You want my honest answer Caleb? Well I missed you and everyone, LA wasn't comfortable and it didn't feel like home." She sighed looking at him tilting her head to the side.

Caleb watched Hanna as she put the pencil down and shock his head, he didn't want to stop her from doing her drawing, she was always good at art. He sighed and heard her answer and hsock his head, "You wouldn't have to miss me if you.... Next question and i am worried about this and i might be jumping in to this, but why did you say No?" He asked shaking his head at his own question.

Hanna bit her lip watching the guy in front of her and listened to him and she took a deep breath and shaking her head, she knew where he was going with this and this could have got her angry so she tried to calm down but she couldnt. At this part she was defensive about it, about everything, "I didn't say No, I said Not yet, I said I wanted to marry you someday just not yet." She said a little too loudly.

Caleb sighed as he waited for her to speak, he was honestly just over it or trying to get over it but there was always something there and he needed to sort this out. Hearing her words he laughed, "Hanna that is basically a No, you could have said yes, that didn't mean we had to get married just yet, what I don't understand what stopped you from saying Yes."

Hanna looked up at him and shock her head putting her hands through her head and picked up her pencil tapping it on the side of the table, trying to hide her irritation at this point, "Caleb, I didn't say no, I said not yet, do you not understand the difference. i wasn't ready for such a big commitment and even then we would have had to plan something how would we do that with one of is in Tree Hill and the other in LA? Tell me that. You know what Caleb.. you gave up on us.." She shouted looking at him.

Caleb scrunched his face up, he knew this was going to happen and this is exactly what he was trying to avoid but he knew they couldn't and this is something he didn't want at all. Sighing he shock his head, "It's the same thing Hanna, stop trying to find excuses for yourself, we had no rush in planning it. I gave up on us? By proposing I gave up on us?"

Hanna sighed slightly looking at him and put a hand through her hear as she got up, sitting down in her irritated state wasn't really working for her right now. She heard is his words, "It's not excuses, i am sorry a writer doesn't know the difference between no and not yet. You gave up on us by not waiting? You walked out of that hotel room without giving us a chance to talk." She shouted looking at him.

Caleb looked over at he following her into standing up because he knew sitting down would just make this worse. Hearing her words he spun around quickly before looking back at her, "Oh I didn't give up on us, you did! When a guy proposes to you you say yes if you want to keep them. That's how it works Hanna. You obviously didn't care or love me any more Hanna." He said angrily.

Hanna glanced at the guy standing there, she wasn't sure who he was any more and she wasn't sure if she liked the way they had become since graduation. Sighing she shock her head, "So I say yes to give you false hope? No I said some day meaning that when i was ready I would have said yes, you just couldn't wait. I don't love you? So then why everytime i go past a book store, I pick up a copy of this damn book." She shouted walking over to the shelf where there was about 5 copies of his book and looked at him, "You said to the world in this book that I was independant well thats what I have been, you said to the whole damn world you love me. Where's that love now? And you know whats worse the whole world knows you love me and I know you do but why can't you admit that it's still there." She shouted throwing one of the books to the other side of the room.

Caleb gritted his teeth together, why was this so hard between them, he knew he shouldn't care anymore, he was in a relationship and he loved CeCe so why did he care so much about something in the past, this was something he would never understand. Seeing her get angry with the books he didn't know what to say because it was likely just going to get worse. He waved his hands and sighed, "I'm Done Hanna, whatever" He sighed looking at her.

Hanna put her head back before looking at the guy and shock her head and raised her eyebrows, she wasn't so sure as to why they were having this argument and she sighed. Hearing his words she put her head down, "I want to pay rent, I don't know how but I want to because what we have going on just doesn't feel right." She said aggravated looking at him.

Caleb moaned as he heard her words and looked at her shaking his head, "Hanna, it's called me being nice to you, just because we aren't together doesn't mean you can't have this place for free, I told you that you didn't have to pay for rent and I know you don't have the money to do so as of yet so no." He sighed, he was contemplating leaving and going home but he couldn't leave just like that, it wouldn't be fair on her or him. Sighing he put a hand through his brown messy hair and looked at her, "Hanna, What happened between us apart from the obvious, why did things become so complicated between us?"

Hanna put a hand through he long blonde hair to untangle the mess that it had become, she was already tired of this fight, she was sick of fighting with him, yeah okay they weren't together and they were likely not going to ever get back together at least not right now but did they have to cut each other out of their lives to actually have an easy life, that wasn't something she wanted. Sighing she nodded, "But why can't I pay rent once I have money to do so then?" She asked before hearing his question and shock her head, "I don't know, but you know something, I-I should have said yes, the moment you I found the ring and you asked me to marry you, I should have said yes, I let the love of my life go because of some stupid worry and fear that i have." She said looking down before turning around.

Caleb closed his eyes quickly and shock his head, he didn't want the fight and he just wanted to move past from all this as this wasn't something he ever planned to let happen and he knew he couldn't help but be affected by her. Sighing he nodded, "If you really want to pay rent once you're earning a sufficient amount of money then I am not going to stop you." He said looking at her knowing how stubborn she was. Hearing her words he didn't know what to say but right there and then he didn't care that he had a girlfriend, all he knew was that he wanted to feel Hanna's lips on his. Seeing her turn around, he walked closer to her and grabbed her hand to spin her around to him before placing his lips on hers quite quick and harshly before wrapping an arm around her waist kissed her passionately as he looked into her eyes.

Hanna didn't know how to react around him right now but she didn't say anything but nod at his comment about rent and she took a deep breath. At this moment of being pulled into him she wasn't sure what was going on but as soon as she felt his lips on hers she realized and she knew this was wrong and if he was dating Aria again then she would pull away but for all that it mattered, he was ating a girl she didn't like and this didn't stop her from kissing him back. So wrapping her arms around his neck, she kissed him back passionately and deeply not wanting anything to break this moment up.

Caleb felt her lips on his hard and he smiled even though he knew what they were doing was wrong, he kissed her strongly before pulling back and looked at him, "We shouldn't be doing this." He said and looked at her placing a hand on her cheek and kissed her forehead before moving away from her, "I'm going to go, it's late and CeCe will be wondering where I am. Talk to you soon Hanna." He said looking at her.

Caleb stuffed his hands in his pockets as he was walking toward the cafeteria. He was grinning ear to ear as he thought of the great news he had to tell his pack members. Not that they would really care for the news that he would be telling them. But he loved knowing that they would listen to him despite the pointless news that don't’ affect them at all. He waved to a couple of friends from his photography class as he pass by them. Speaking of photography, he thought to himself as he pulled his camera out of his bag. He presses the button to look through his photos as he was walking. “Hmm I think this will be a good one to turn into Ms. Walsh.” He muttered under his breathe as he passed by a couple of girls that were possibly freshman due to how much they were giggling. “Hey ladies.” He said slowly with a wink toward them as he walks past them. He walks through the cafeteria doors before heading toward the line for the somewhat good food they were having today. He grabbed a tray as he noticed a sign on the door. “I forgot today was Taco tuesday.” He muttered with a grin as he began making his own taco, adding everything on it. After obtaining his meal for the day, he headed outside to his packs table. “What? I’m a growing man.” He said in response to his pack member expression at the food on his tray. He sits down the tray before sitting down on the bench. “So I have great news...for me.” He said before adding, “Remember when I told you about that girl with the brown and blue hair?”

Trouble Finds Us || Caleb & Brandon

Brandon was bored. After almost a year of anticipation and excitement over not having to see the same teachers and people everyday after graduation, he found himself wishing he was still in high school. At least it was something to do. It was much better than just sitting around all day, waiting for something to happen. He glanced at his watch, checking the time, before he let out a sigh. It was only three, a whole hour and a half before he agreed to meet Caleb. He didn't want to show up too early. That'd make him seem like their get together would be the highest point of his day, which it would be, but the other male didn't need to know that. He sighed yet again, flipping to the next page in his Grimoire. He had long since stopped referring to it as his mom's seeing as how he had lived and breathed the book for the past several months of his life. The young warlock had even added a few things of his own, stuff that he would probably have Alex look over to make sure they were valid enough to leave in there. He was progressing with his magic at a fast rate, getting better with each passing day, with the help of his new friends. 

As usual, Brandon had gotten so caught up in reading, that he didn't even notice time passing, until he felt his phone vibrate in his back pocket. Shutting the book in his lap, his hand reached for the device, and he pulled it out, his fingers drawing the complicated pattern on the lock screen before the message he received was opened to him. "Shit." He mumbled, glancing at the time. 4:15 PM the time read, and the text was from Caleb, asking him if he was still showing up. He quickly replied, letting him know that he was coming, and that he was on his way. As soon as the text sent, the eighteen year old was on his feet, Grimoire tucked under his arm and keys in hand. He had taken to carrying the book around with him wherever he went, just in case his dad or the housemaid went looking through his things. He was in his car and pulling up in front of his new friend's place twelve minutes later, just before their scheduled meeting time. He tossed his book in the back seat, before getting out of the car and making his way towards the front door, knocking on it to signal his arrival.

"Almost" Dates || Calebella

Cinderella rushed around her dorm room feverishly, trying to put herself together in the twenty minutes she swore to Caleb that she would be ready by. She had showered earlier that morning and she ran a finger through her still neat curls before sticking a hand band on and pushing her hair back. Grabbing a pair of jeans from the closet, she threw on some ballet flats and a flowy top before touching up her makeup. She had no idea why she was feeling something akin to nervousness quivering inside of her stomach, but she let it pass as she grabbed her wristlet and slid it around her hand.

Hearing a knock on the door, she turned quickly, giving herself another onceover in the mirror before sucking in a deep breath and pulling the door open. “Hey bubbers. Is this appropriate motorcycle gear?” she asked, snagging a jacket off of the coatrack by the door and pointing down at her outfit. “Since you’re the expert and all.”

Cheesecake and Distractions || Caleb & Cinderella

Cinderella hadn’t exactly been having the best week of her life. It seemed like blow after blow kept striking her and she was struggling to keep afloat. Having her head still above water seemed to be the only bragging right she had right now, even if she wasn’t one to boast—it was still an accomplishment. With the easily evoked emotions that came along with her pregnancy, she had to admit to being pleased with herself that she had made it this far without a breakdown. The falling out after she had confessed her cheating secret to Caleb has left enough stress on her that she had to go to the doctor for the horrible stabbing pains she was getting in her abdomen, thankfully, though it got straightened out. The day hadn’t started off well as there were flowers being delivered for a girl Cinderella worked with, which only made her a bit depressed, then her job was busy—people, as always, were a bit unforgiving, even to a poor pregnant girl which they didn’t even try to conceal their clear pity and distain for. After finally escaping and making it home, she had to admit that she was excited at the prospect of going out to dinner with Caleb. They hadn’t really made it a habit to go on dates often and she was glad they were taking advantage of the small time of freedom they had left. Deciding to take a quick shower, she hopped in, not taking very long before she fashioned her hair in soft ringlets that cascaded down her back. After fixing her make-up, she went into the bedroom, putting on a light pink sun dress paired with wedges that she always loved. Looking in the mirror, she smiled a bit to herself, knowing fully well she couldn’t get upset about the bump anymore, there was no hiding it. It was all too obvious now. Finally, she made her way into the living room, wrapping her arms around Caleb’s shoulders, who had been facing away from her and didn’t know she was in the room. Pressing her lips to his cheek, she released him. “You look very handsome,” she told him, giving him a sweet smile.

I Don't Wanna Know || Caleb & Cinderella.

Cinderella sat in Alice’s living room, she still hadn’t gotten used to the idea that this was her home as well. She missed the comfort of her own apartment, the way the walls were a muted purple that she had spent hours choosing—her own décor hanging from the walls, the way she kicked her shoes off haphazardly when she walked in the living room. Sighing, she wrapped her hands around her mug of tea, unsure why she was so cold despite the already-stifling June heat. Looking down at her, getting more obvious every day, baby bump, she knew she needed to knock off all of this nostalgia right now. The truth of the matter was, she was never going to live in her almost too-perfect apartment ever again. She was never going to make decisions solely for herself anymore. The reason was simple—there was someone more important around now. Not that she had even spent a second feeling resentful or even wishing it had never happened—that was far from the truth. She almost, though she wouldn’t admit it, enjoyed the feeling of knowing she would have someone who truly depended on her. Her maternal instinct had already set in, especially after she felt the first stirrings of movement from her son. Smiling to herself, she took a sip of tea before another thought set her stomach turning. After a strange turn of events in which her ex reappeared in her life, she has gotten a bit carried away with him only a few evenings ago. A part of her would always care for Hercules, love him, even. He was her first love and sometimes it takes more than a little distance to quell the flames of a first love. She knew that she needed to tell Caleb, it was unfair to keep it from him—but in a lot of ways, she wanted to try. “Oh god,” she said to herself, letting her forehead rest on the heel of her free hand as she took several deep breaths in an attempt to calm down.

Aiden & Caleb

Aiden was looking forward to Caleb's arrival. He had managed to get him interested in theater and that made him happy. A lot of kids went into drama because they thought it'd be an easy A and Aiden always felt sad when less passionate people joined. He didn't think he had to worry about that with Caleb though, at least he hoped. He liked Caleb, he seemed sweet but at the same time very sheltered. He wondered what a life that must have been like. Aiden's parents usually let him do whatever he liked as long as he wasn't getting into trouble and they never really tried to hide anything from him. He thought of himself as an open minded person and if had any doubts at all about Caleb it was about how is upbringing may have hindered his perception of the world. Aiden barely knew the kid though so he was going to give him the benefit of the doubt. Everyone was practicing their lines or discussing scenes while Aiden patiently sat at the edge of the stage. His legs hung over and his top half rested on his arms, hands planted firmly on the stage floor. Aiden didn't really have anything in mind for Caleb but he hoped to figure something out. He wasn't even supposed to be in the play but the original actor playing Mr. Mushnik dropped out. Aiden went from just monitering the play to being in it in only a matter of days. It was stressful but he hated disappointing his friends. Friends wasn't even the right word they felt more like family. Aiden dropped down from the stage and walked towards the classroom door. Once he reached the entrance he stopped and waited, he was beginning to worry that Caleb had changed his mind. It was silly, he thought, but he knew he'd be a little hurt if Caleb didn't show up.
