Waiting for the wind to drop on #Bradwell edge. There was some serious wind shear today making things quite spicy at times. It was my first flight in about 4 months so i made the safety decision to wait for the wind to drop sufficiently as i was not current. It was a good job too as a more current pilot took off about 30 mins before me and took a 50% collapse shortly after takeoff from the heavy turbulence. I did get to fly when conditions had mellowed enough and had a cracking blast up and down the hill.
