Oakland shoegaze band Parallel during their performance in LA back in May
I found out after seeing them that the drummer was my sister’s personal trainer and the lead guitarist is my sister’s girlfriend’s ex. I had a feeling they probably knew the members (especially the guitarist), being queers living in the Bay and my sister’s girlfriend being a musician herself, but I didn’t know they would that well.
