"All the note told me was that I needed to get a boat out of storage in Virginia Beach, ride it up the James, and try to get it to Richmond if that was possible. So I got the boat and was able to ride it up the James a little but I dropped anchor outside of Williamsburg for the night. The goal was to get to the Pagan and try to dock in Smithfield but I forgot that I didn't have any money on me. What town are we in?"
