Chloe had been surprised when you found work in Cardiff at a local cafe that situated near the Plaza. It was waitressing and she had good references but apparently the manager had trouble keeping Staff. Chloe was still looking for an apartment in town so she didn't have to take a bus between England and Wales everyday. Plus there was also the issue of citizenship that she had managed to get. Dual Citizenship for England and Wales, though both countries weren't that fond of each other. But work was work.
One thing that Chloe didn't seem to like was the Plaza itself, it felt like she was staring into the abyss and it stared right back at her. The woman tried to not be skittish but she couldn't seem to help it. It was when a new customer came in alone that she grabbed her tablet and menu. She approached him. "Here is your menu sir." She told him. "Is there anything you would like to drink?" The brunette asked.

Since landing in Pete's world, Rose discovered that many of the people she knew in her home world were here, too. It was always strange, running into a familiar face that didn't recognize her at all. It was a bit like knowing someone with amnesia, she thought.
But weirder.
So when she ran into one of those familiar faces yet again, at work this time, it was a bit of a culture shock.
