This was me absolutely shit scared this morning to go out and meet complete strangers in a place I didn't feel comfortable and was unsure of it. Do I look like I've just had an anxiety attack? 🤔 No? 🤷♀️That's because we don't look any different to those who don't experience them. We can still smile and laugh even when we can't catch our breath, our hearts are pounding out of our chests and the only sound we can hear is our pulse screaming in our ears. 😰 This said, I did it! Not knowing anyone! 😁💪 I met complete strangers on my course today and had conversations with many more!
