it's hugely inspired by fandom culture, and how being in the limelight affects the personal lives of these semi-famous closeted queers. main tropes include slowburn pining, secretly dating, snatched moments on a long summer roadtrip, and the excruciatingly tender experience of knowing someone better than you know yourself.

both editions are 537 pages + 138k words. the hardcover includes 2 pages of polaroid artwork, one at the start and one at the end, but otherwise you won't be missing out on any major content if you prefer the feel of a soft cover book. the original colour illustrations can even be found on the paranomads' official instagram page!
