with the reveal of merel's overture for 3.3, yeah. she really is just a kid, so no wonder the war affected her so much. literally around the same age as sonetto and vertin, but no offense to those two, they've been raised almost since birth by spdm, and merel was admitted some time later after presumably her entire family was reversed (maybe around. 12? or older?)
she's a little more softer and whimsical compared to our other known spdm grads like the timekeeper who. you already know how she's like and sonetto who is did literally say "we are born to die marytrs." at the tender age of like. nine or something.
