okay so next weekend i'll be sending out a parcel to a girl who has been waiting far to long to get a reply from me. I feel awful but with vet visit's for my cat and bill's I've been broke:/. Anyways, my question is if I cover the box in tape that has little owls all over it, will the post office let me send it? you can plainly see the addresses and everything.
