These are common hallucinations which can be brought on by a lack of sleep.

Maybe weird sleep pattern then? Cos I'll sleep maybe 6 hours. Go to work. Come home and take a nap. They're also kinda working us hard because of a lack of employees so suddenly. So.. maybe it's a combo of the two...
