I am able to go to sleep very quickly. Don’t need white noise or decompression or what have you. Bam. Out cold whenever my baby lets me off the hook
Eating fast - ladies mags are always telling us that it’s better to chew slowly, to better savor your food and feel full. Good thing I never adopted that habit! I am able to eat a burrito in three minutes flat, often over a baby’s head
Should have been lifting more weights pre baby. Even at a seven pound newborn I lack the ability to go long, like 40 minutes of swaying
