“Uh...” Auggie trailed off guiltily, trying to keep his eyes locked on his mom instead of glancing over at Ava. The truth was, he’d only had a couple of pieces; his pregnant girlfriend had eaten the rest of it, practically inhaling the candy until it was all gone. And the last thing he needed was a fight between his mom and Ava; it was bad enough when they found regularly, but fighting on Ava’s pregnancy hormones? Forget it.

“I’ll go buy more!” Auggie practically shouted, jumping up from his seat and making a beeline towards the door, not casting a glance back at either woman as he made a break for it. If it was this hard to just deal with his mom and Ava under the same roof now, he didn’t even want to know what it was going to be like once the baby was there, too...

if i’m trying to do something other than my own weird secret plotting tho, highkey want him to be in the GMW verse because everyone belongs there, and...let’s see, he has a lot of gifs with a baby, so I want to make him like the nanny that Cory and Topanga end up having to hire for Auggie and Ava’s baby and he’s just like super sunshiney and has little to no boundaries and is kind of rude but really freaking loves their baby and is super nice and cute and lovely and opposite of Ben Wheeeeeeeler. He’s a little overbearing to the point of even Ava trying to steal her baby back from him, and Auggie’s scared the baby will call him “daddy” first instead.

“You’re sad about that?” Ava screeched, relieved to finally know why Auggie had been quieter than usual. “Look, it’s nothing personal, toots. I was shopping for the junior prom and just didn’t want you to see me in my dress!” Ava insisted, throwing her hands in the air for emphasis. 

“You’re supposed to always text me where you are, why didn’t you tell me you were at the mall too, with your mother of all people?” She made on overly-disgusted face as she swung her newest shopping bag in front of her. “Full disclosure; these are the shoes I’m wearing to junior prom, and no, you’re not allowed to see me in any of it. It’s practice for our wedding, Auggs! And I want your eyes to pop out all wowed when you see me that night,” she laughed happily, reaching out and chucking him under the chin. “All you have to know is that you need a gold tie to match, okay, sugar?”
