Hello! I started watching 'a gentle noble's vacation recommendation' anime after seeing it advertised on crunchyroll a couple of weeks ago and liked it so much that I ended up getting all 10 volumes of the manga from my library and reading it in 2 days. Thanks for putting together so much information about this story because I am dying for more content and your posts have been a big help! I hope more of the manga gets translated soon and I'm excited to keep seeing more of the anime!

oh I've been thinking of reading gods of jade and shadow, how do you like it so far? I just got a dead djinn in cairo by p djeli clark from the library so I'm hoping that will be good. And lately I've liked sayaka murata and zen cho's writing as well!

it's caught my interest!! i read mexican gothic before this so i've been wanting more of silvia moreno-garcia's voice in my head 😫 a dead djinn is a short story, right?:0 i'm interested in those authors as well 👀

what’s your ideal first date? either coffee or a meal, and then if that goes decently then ideally we’d be in an area where we could walk around for a bit, I think a first date is nice when neither party is keen on it coming to an end quickly, u know?? a “the number of hours we have together is actually not so large. please linger near the door uncomfortably instead of just leaving. please forget your scarf in my life and come back later for it” type of date

re: ur graham ep 3/ep 11 question, I think you are right bc the timelines match up. "antonio" gives his statement in 2015 and says he's had the dreams 8 years, which means he broke up w his bf in 2007 after dating for 6 years (2001); in amy patel's statement jon says graham folger's flat was sold early 2007 and graham's parents died in 2001 so he might've moved to london then

probably not. i mean yeah most humans suck and get annoying, but i do still feel that i need to be around other people to some extent, and i get antsy just leaving the city so being on my own in the middle of nowhere probably wouldn't work out that well.

oh god theres so many and my mind is completely blank. one quote that always sticks with me is from a short story by tolkien that i think goes like this: “Not so far away for those with long legs, and not so long ago for those with good memory” (i could be messing that up but that’s the gist of it), which i absolutely adore as an opening to a story
