On 11/01/19, starting at 0100 hours, the winter time ban takes effect. The ban is in effect daily from 0100-0700 hours. Officers have been instructed to issue parking tickets for any vehicle found on a public highway or street maintained by the town of Springfield during this time frame. The streets that exempt from the ban are as follows: Cheryl Drive Major Court Clement Street- cars are permitted to park on the curbside of the street, up on the curb. The ban remains in effect until 04/15/20
