Are you thinking of buying a Park Model Home?
You’ve come to the right place. We know that buying a new home is an exciting and sometimes overwhelming experience, so we’re here to help make it as easy as possible for you. So let’s get started!
A park model home is basically just that – a smaller version of a mobile or manufactured home that can be used as either temporary housing or as permanent housing in certain communities with specific requirements. They are often found at RV parks, campgrounds, resorts, and other similar locations but can also be purchased privately if there are any available in your area. The average size is around 400 square feet which makes them perfect for singles, couples, and small families looking for something affordable yet still comfortable enough to live in full-time without sacrificing too many amenities. Park models come equipped with most standard appliances including refrigerators, ovens/stoves, and microwaves along with built-in furniture such as beds and couches making them extremely easy to move into when needed while still being fully functional once parked at their destination location (which will vary depending on where it was originally purchased). In addition to these features, they typically include air conditioning units (although some do not), skylights/skylights (again some do).
