Today I got to celebrate with the 10th Birthday for one of our Community Partners, the altView Foundation for Gender Variant and Sexual Minorities. . This positive, community building organization has made some great strides for supporting the #LGBTQ community in #shpk, #strathconacounty, #yeg, and all around #Alberta. . I am proud to be able to share #ParkPower profits with such an awesome #yeglocal charity. (at Sherwood Park, Alberta)

It was a beautiful day in #yegdt and I spent some of it engaging with @youralberta Ministry of Energy about Bill 13 “An Act To Secure Alberta’s Electricity Future”. . Updates to Utilities legislation is coming that clarifies roles and responsibilities plus brings more accountability and consumer protections. . I believe that with the addition of the Capacity Market, #Alberta is on its way to having competitive marketplace that is relatively stable and attractive for investment. . Plus with more accountability to offer a good consumer experience, I am excited for the potential to grow the #ParkPower community. 👏👏👏👏👏 Thanks to all of you have already made the switch! We are getting excited for the #SherwoodPark #CanadaDay Parade and spent some time today picking up some marketing materials in preparation. . First headed out to #Leduc to pick up new branded tees from @bnwscreenprint then back to MinuteMan Press Sherwood Park for our info cards featuring our LOCALPOWER Promo deal. .
