Ingredients: 6 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 400F 200C. Put garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix them together. Use paper towels to dry the chicken thighs. Cover both sides of each chicken thigh with the melted butter.
