The Duchess of Sussex’s green dress and camel coat→ Worn to the WellChild Awards Ceremony, 15th October 2019

Where? The Duchess of Sussex accompanied her husband at the 2019 WellChild award ceremony at the Royal Lancaster Hotel. The ceremony is hosted by WellChild, a charity supporting seriously ill children and their families, to celebrate the courage shown by the children they support. Harry has been patron of the organisation since 2007. The couple met families and award winners at a reception before handing out prizes to young people, family members and healthcare professionals 

What she wore: Meghan brought back two familiar pieces with special places in royal fashion watcher’s hearts. Her green sheath dress is from P.A.R.O.S.H and was worn during her engagement photo call while her coat is from Sentaler and made an appearance at her first Christmas at Balmoral. Meghan wore the coat over her shoulders which has become a signature look for her. 

Copycat: The total outfit retailed for over $2000 but I’ve managed to find a copy cat look for less than $100! Let’s start with the dress. I wanted something in a similar shade to Meghan with a sheath silhouette. The piece I’ve opted for is from Liz Claiborne and sells for $42 (£32.16). The Hunter green shade is very similar to Meghan’s and would be great for work. For the coat, I’ve gone with a regular for me, Boohoo. They’re selling a belted camel coat with a flattering shawl collar which I think would work beautifully with the dress. Snap it up here now for $60.75 (£46.80).
