Tried my best to shoot handheld at 2000mm on the #CoolpixP900 from @NikonUSA. I think I'll utilize the atmospheric distortions, #mirages, and shimmering to my advantage for a painterly Impressionism in my photography. This camera is proving to be a challenge for me because of the miniature sensor. It's such a beast but it will get me out into the field. . Road going into #Parowan, #Utah. In #Parowan tonight visiting my grandmother and suffering from sleeplessness because of so much on my plate; I left the melatonin in Cedar which helps a lot! Question, do you believe in love!? I love my family but I gave up on romantic love a few years back when I started to think it was fake and people are just vein. I just don't think it exists; only biological urges exists to push humans to create new life. I just gave up on it because it felt like such a waste of time. I always wanted a best friend and someone I could trust before I allowed them to get closer in a more intimate way; it turns out that didn't work out too well with some of the girls I dated. I'm just a skeptic now and I don't want to think about it anymore - I focus on my art, how short life is, and just trying to make sense of it all? I'll continue to focus on my art and simply try to understand what truth there is. I'm surely not looking for love as it would complicate my life unless someone simply became my best friend and it naturally went in that direction... Dating was such a waste of time and the game - it was a joke.
