Now that the program knew he wasn’t in the Games and wasn’t risked for death by just being in this city, it was calming. It made him feel better but it mostly made him feel he needed to find his partner to make things a nice and safe experience.
He had to make sure his partner was alright. If he was here with him, it’d feel more like home.
Not knowing about trains, not knowing about public transport of any kind really, CLU was doing his best trying to find his program on foot. Trying tirelessly to run from sector to sector looking around for him.
It was in Sector 005 that CLU found someone that was probably even better than Bit, at least for the moment.
“A program! Another fellow program!”
A smile went on the program’s face. What else would he do? After all, a program would know what a Bit is right?
A program would be willing to help, hopefully, right?
A program with another program meant they could find Bit faster.

Running exhausted over to the darker program, CLU 1.0 tried to put a hand out to grab him in hopes he didn’t get too far away to catch. “Excuse me program.. Excuse me.” Pausing to breathe, hard and fast, the running finally really getting to him badly. “Could you please help me locate my Bit?”
