I like they had Belle say what have WE done to each other. Cause all the blame was on rumple and people kept makng excuses ..for Belle cause she’s a mom. You can be a mom and make bad decisions too. She was wayyy too impulsive to give up their son. Even if rumple was the one to speed up her pregnancy. But I hope they sit down and talk about their issues and move forward.
SAME. I think it was really important that they did that, because both of them made bad choices, both of them failed in their relationship. I’d been saying that all season, and even last season. They both have to change and try and work on their marriage. I think we are seeing the start of that. It’s clear from the promo for 6x11 that they are working together to save their son and I think that will continue through the rest of the season and that in the end they will be reunited at least as a family to take care of their son, but probably as husband and wife too.

I dont want to see an affair either...Her husband isnt that bad as well, he just seem like a bit of a dreamer, but I dont wanna see affair drama. Jonah aint perfect either, the only difference is he works with her so they will have moments where they get along.
Like I feel as though her husband needs to work on thinking a bit more about what she wants but he certainly doesn’t seem like a /bad/ person. And I hate how the others are like ‘ugh be adults and just have an affair’ bc...no...?

It’s more of an issue with tv due to the fact that tv spans years of writing. Writers often cant see or remember canon over a prolonged time. As well as whatever changes go on in their personal lives & behind the scenes will affect where they want the show to go. In 2014 they might be feeling positive & hopeful in 2016 someone might be going through divorce and feeling hopeless so they take it out on their art. Not to mention the obsession these days with followin trends
Yeah, see that’s exactly what your job is as a lead writer and showrunner. I mean that’s what your job is just as a writer of things in general. That is literally part of the job description: keeping track of your plot. If you can’t do that, then what you write isn’t going to be as good as it should be. A&E apparently can’t do it. They can’t remember the season they just finished when they are asked questions about it at ComicCon. But other writers and showrunners can, ones who don’t fuck up canon and have continuity in their shows. Some A&E worked with like Abbrams and Lindelof (oh wait the guy that we’re all pretty sure ghost wrote S1 and S2??). JJ kept such good track of continuity and random shit on Lost that things cropped up two seasons after we first saw it in a throw away moment. There are stories about how he’d pull out references in writer meetings and people would have to go home and look it up in their old script copies so they didn’t screw it up. I give a pass to actors because they have a lot to take in when doing a show and they don’t always do things in order. But it’s not the actor’s job to keep track of the overall show and continuity of the storytelling. It’s the writer and showrunner’s jobs.
And I also disagree with letting your personal life in like that. It’s not your novel that only you are writing where you can write a self-insert character for your ex and complain about them. It’s a TV show that millions watch, that a ton of other people work on, owned by a massive corporation, using iconic characters from fairytales that you don’t wholly own. It’s your job. If I’m going through some stuff personally, I’m allowed to have some bad days at work, but I don’t purposely fuck up systems because I’m made at my husband that day, or make error messages that say “Jane Sux” because my ex dumped me. That’s not professional and that hurts other people and affects their work. Yeah if you screw up because you’re preoccupied with personal issues, that’s fine, but you fix them and move on and try not to do it again.
A&E seem like decent guys and they do have talent, I’m not saying they don’t, but they would really benefit from a good beta reader lol.
songtoyou--I’ve been keeping my sister updated throughout all of this (and obviously she knows just how frustrating my mom can be), and she said she was actually very impressed with me for not murdering her. lol
I did try. I just told her yesterday that if she wanted me to start treating her ‘nicer’, she was going to have to meet me halfway and not blame everyone else for her actions, that she was going to have to stop buck-passing, and also that her expectations that I just immediately be ok with the way she degraded me behind my back and then conducted herself these last few days and be sufficiently enthusiastic about her as a travel companion to suit her were unrealistic. I said that when we got to Galway, I thought we should just take a day apart for ourselves, that I just needed a bit of time. That pissed her off, so maybe it was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I wasn’t rude about it, just very matter-of-fact.
parthenonqueen--She definitely wanted to argue. I’m hot-headed and flare up and it’s hard for me to rein it in, but I’ve been really good about not doing that these last couple of days, letting her be the one who is yelling while I just calmly explain to her what’s what, and just walk away if she’s getting too ridiculous.
hellsbellschime--Yeah, I won’t say it wasn’t a challenge to just sit there serenely while she was trying to bait me, but I feel like I’m getting better at it. This morning I decided if there’s anymore discussion about how I have ruined her trip and treated her horribly, etc. etc., I am just going to tell her I hope she has a nice day anyway, and keep repeating that no matter what she says.
but Michonne cant kill walkers with Ricks sword....
well no... but I bet she can find another use for it ;)

Oh my god, but imagine her (with an air of arrogance) telling him that she had to send her guys to look after him so that he wouldn't do anything too stupid. Then he's just standing there, shocked and confused, with this look on his face:
And she takes a step closer to him and pats him on the cheek (but it isn't a gentle pat, it's like halfway between a pat and a slap really) and breaks into a grin as she lets out a small laugh at his expense.
And when he first sees her he's all surprised and relieved and is like "You're not dead" and she just smirks and twists his own words back at him when she points out in a superior tone "I guess that you still care about me too... Isn't that adorable?"
