In honor of May 4th, here's my headcanons as to what it would be like to be Luke Skywalker's tiny
He's a very gentle giant. He'll often get your permission to do things before he does anything to you.
He will rarely refer to you by your actual name, instead opting for pet names. He really likes calling you "Little guy", but when he's in a joking mood it's not uncommon for him to refer to you as "Shortstack"
The only time he'll actually use your name is when he's upset, but even then, he'll usually opt for more rude pet names like "Bug" (He rarely means it after he's cooled down, though)
You're usually kept on his person. Usually, he's kind enough to place you in a pocket or satchel if he has one, but sometimes you'll be tied to the inner lining of his robe if not.
One day Luke was feeling particularly... adventurous. As a result, you spent the majority of the day tucked away in his underwear. He absolutely loved it, and it's become an occasional option for him to store you. He always makes sure you're okay with being in there, though.
On a different occasion, you had annoyed him, but he still decided to bring you with him during his daily chores on Tatooine. Unfortunately, he decided to tuck you into his boot. Fortunately, he was still kind enough not to place you below his actual foot, but rather you spent the time hugging his ankle.
He had apologized later and hasn't done it since. Although he has occasionally joked about doing it again. At least you assume he's joking.
When he properly discovers his jedi abilities, he loves to play around with you using the force. Usually levitating you and letting you swim around in the air or floating you in front of his face when the two of you talk.
When it's time for the two of you to sleep, you tend to sleep on his chest or on his pillow. Either way, he's very good at not rolling over in the middle of the night. Although on those hot Tatootine nights where it's too warm to fall asleep on him, he made a small bed for you on his nightstand.
The extra bed for you tradition continued well after he left Tatooine, with you having a bed on the Falcoln, Hoth, or Endor. Although Hoth was far too cold to use the bed most nights.
Summary: While practicing a spell with Anders, something went wrong. You now find yourself standing only a few inches tall. Luckily, Anders is a caring man and more than willing to take care of you.
Content: Accidental Shrinking, Caring Giant, Fluff, Minor smut at the end
You and Anders were practicing a spell he had come up with. While it didn't require the involvement of two mages, he had rambled about how two mages would increase the potency, or the stability, or something along those lines. In all honesty, you weren't going to turn down an opportunity to spend time with Anders regardless of the circumstances.
The spell was meant to heal a wide variety of injuries. Anders had attempted to explain the magical theory behind the spell, but your lack of formal background in magic resulted in very little of the information being processed. The two of you now stood in his clinic in Darktown. The distant sound of kids playing echoed off the stone walls alongside the sound of drunken carousing. In the moment, however, all background noises faded away and all your attention was focused on Anders.
"You remember the steps I told you, Hawke?" He asked.
"Yes, Anders. After about twelve times of being told the same information, it sort of gets ingrained in one's head." You snarkily responded.
Anders simply rolled his eyes at you, but the grin on his face betrayed him. The two of you stood on opposite ends of a table, and raised your staves. The table had a dummy on it, tears in its fabric littered the body. "On the count of three," Anders said.
"One," You both placed the ends of your staves on the ground. A blue fog surrounded them as you both poured arcane energy through the staves.
"Two," Your staves now crossed the dummy. You both pointed the ends at one another as the fog spread out to cover the dummy's form.
"Three!" The fog was now building into a haze throughout the room. As soon as Anders yelled the last number, there was a large white flash and a wave of heat encompassed your body. Almost as though the haze had been ignited.
Once the light had heat had faded, you stood in a pitch black cavern. You were on your back, and the ground beneath you was surprisingly soft. Suddenly, you head an almost omnipresent and thundering voice chuckle before saying "We did it Hawke! Hawke?"
You were familiar with that voice. It was Anders! You called out to him, hoping you'd get a response, but your calls were cut short by the ground rumbling. It wasn't enough to knock you off your feet, but it was enough to send a panic through you. Once the quakes had stopped, the walls of the cavern began to move and shift, until a beam of light poured in.
Far above the opening in the cavern was Anders, his now giant form eclipsing much of your vision. "Hawke? Is that you?" He asked in that same thundering voice. His hand reached out and grasped you, not even giving you a chance to fight back. An immense force washed over you as he raised you up to his face before opening his palm. It was now that you got a good look at the cavern you were in. What felt like a massive cave was simply your clothes, now without someone wearing them. This also caused a looming realization to form as you looked down and saw your own body, naked as the day you were born.
"What happened? Are you alright?" Anders asked. You covered your ears, his voice felt so much louder at this distance.
"Anders! I don't know! One moment I was casting your spell and the next I'm like this!" You yell, gesturing at yourself to add emphasis.
"Well, Luckily I-" He responded before noticing you covering your ears again. "Sorry," He whispered, "Luckily I think the side effects are temporary."
You were able to take your hands from your ears once he started whispering. It was still louder than you were used to, but it was more manageable. "What if they aren't? What if I'm stuck like this?" You ask.
A mischievous smile crosses his face. "Well, lucky for you, I'm not one of those big bad giants in fairy tails. I have the decency to atleast give you a nice cage."
"C'mon Anders, this is serious!"
"Ironic coming from you. But if you aren't back to normal by morning, I'll start researching a way to end the effect on you. I promise."
After hearing him say that, and the honesty you could sense in his voice, you began to feel calmer. Afterall, you couldn't think of a better person to be like this around. Except maybe Carver, he was usually pretty careful.
"In the meantime," Anders whispered, "Let's get you back to the estate. Less chance of a stray rat deciding to make a toy out of you."
"Hey!" You protested, "I'm not that small!"
"You're right darling," Anders agreed, "It'd have to be a cat. Or a particularly small dog. Now just be quiet. We'll get you back to the estate, and try to find something to cover you up with."
Anders closed his hand, encasing you in his fingers. Your enjoyment of the warmth and pressure was soon interrupted by the same all-encompassing force. However, this time when Ander's hand opened, you weren't met with his handsome face or anything similar. Instead, you were met with various rolls of parchment, a spell book, and a small jar containing some healing poultice. You were in the satchel he always kept at his hip. Looking up, you could see his hand retract, and as the flap of the satchel closed, you were left in darkness.
"Now just be careful, darling. We'll be there in no time." Anders said.
Once he was finished with his sentence, he began to move. The satchel gently rocking back and forth with each step he took. Luckily, the satchel's contents stayed relatively still, with nothing threatening to cut or crush you.
--
You had to give Anders some credit. The journey was surprisingly comfortable and quick. It felt like he couldn't have been walking for more than 10 minutes. Additionally, the rocking motion reminded you more of being on a ship than it did being stuck in a mage's bag. You heard the front door of the estate open and close, and the sound of the stairs creak as Anders walked up them. Unfortuantely, the universe decided it had to throw another wrench into the workings. The creak of old hinges could be heard before a voice asked "Anders? What are you doing back so late? And where is Hawke?"
Your mom always had the ears of a bat, so you weren't very surprised she woke up. Luckily, Anders was quick with a response. "Oh, I had some late business at the clinic, and Hawke said he wanted to take a short walk around Hightown to get some fresh air."
"That boy, I swear he'll be the death of me. Well, thank you for letting me know." Your mom responded, a slight yawn audible in her voice.
"Not a problem Ms. Amell. You can go back to sleep, I'll make sure Hawke get's back tonight."
"You're such a responsible young man. How you ended up with someone like my son will forever elude me, but thank you for looking out for him." She said before retiring to her room.
Once in your and Anders' room, he placed the satchel gently on the bed. Your world turned upside down for a moment as Anders laid it on it's side, allowing gravity to open the top flap and for you to walk out. Anders let out a yawn of his own, "Well, I suppose we should fall asleep and see what awaits for us in the morning, hmm?" He asked.
You simply nodded your head in agreement. Anders walked over to the wardrobe in the corner of the room before disrobing. Once he was done hanging his clothes, he was left with little more than underwear, his sleek yet muscled body on full display. He walked back over to the bed and placed his hand on the mattress. You climbed on top as Anders moved the satchel ontop of the chest you kept at the end of the bed.
With you still in his hand, Anders laid down and covered his nether regions with the blanket before placing you on his chest. "You know, if I didn't know better I'd almost wonder if you shrunk yourself on purpose." He said with that same mischievous grin on his face.
"I would never!" You protested, your tiny foot stomping down on one of his pecs.
"I don't know... Something tells me you like being this small around me..." He says, glancing down at your crotch for the briefest moments.
In the heat of the moment, you failed to notice your rapidly growing erection. "Don't worry, my little Hawke. I won't tell a soul about this. And who knows, maybe we'll find a way to shrink you again once this is over." Anders yawned before laying his head back on the pillow.
You grumbled for a bit, before finally muttering "I'd like that..." But as you got ready to lay down on Ander's chest, you looked towards the foot of the bed and noticed, laying just beneath the surface of the blanket, a very distinctive bulge in the fabric. A smile crossed your face "I see I'm not the only one who likes to see me this tiny."
Anders simply closed his eyes before placing his hand over you, forming a blanket over you. Once you were settled, he whispered "I never said I didn't enjoy it."
--
Sure enough, Anders was right. By morning you two were laying side by side, your head still resting on his chest and hearing the beat of his heart. And, just like he promised, the two of you eventually found a way to shrink someone. And on nights that Anders had to work extra in the clinic, or just because, you'd keep him company. Sometimes at your normal height, or sometimes tiny and tucked away somewhere on him. You hated to admit it, but your favorite place was when he tucked you into his clothing, his body heat warming your tiny body.
