BodyBreak is iconically Canadian. You can't have BodyBreak without Hal. The mustache was sweet too.
The one constant in Hal's story is people focused on the fact he was black. But how he chose to react is different than we usually see when it comes racism. Much respect for pushing forward and not letting it get him down.
We can't ignore or deny that racism exists in Canada. But unfortunately there are those that do just because they don't want to admit Canada is not the country they have come believe it is.

Week of 4/19: Make a video of your household saying these three phrases: "Christ is Risen", " He is Risen Indeed", "Alleluia!"
Week of 4/26: Going for a Walk, share videos or photos from your social distance walks.
Week of 5/3: Good Shepherd Sunday, share pictures of you with t-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs from GSLC and LL or your favorite Good Shepherd event.
Week of 5/10: A place for you, do you have a prayer corner, home altar, or other special space in your home? Share some pictures with us! Bonus challenge: a parade of moms! Send us pics of the mothers in your life
Week of 5/17: New life- can you find signs of new life in your home, yard, or neighborhood? Send us a picture or video.
